ArtsyBeats reserves the right to change these Terms of Use periodically without prior notice.

In these Terms and Conditions, the user of the Website is referred to as "you" or "your" and the provider of website is referred to as “ArtsyBeats”, "www.artsybeats.com", "we", "us" or "our".

Return / Refund / Replacement : 
Please note that all the items in our shop are digital download printable files - no physical item will be sent. Due to the nature of instant downloadable products, refunds will not be given after purchase.

If you have received a damaged product :

Please do not worry. Drop us a mail at artsybeats@gmail.com with images of the damaged product within 7 days of downloading the file. We will check and have the product replaced or refund your money whichever is preferred. 
Complete amount will be refunded and it can reflect in your account in 7-10 business days from the refund processed date.

Cancellation :

Please mail us at artsybeats@gmail.com for cancellation request if there is any problem in downloading the product.
Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been downloaded yet.

Refund for the cancelled order :

If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 7- 12 working days.
Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
 

Currency Transactions

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Our business hours are 11 am to 6 pm Indian Standard Time (IST) Monday through Friday. If you need to contact us outside our business hours please email our customer service department at artsybeats@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as possible.

ArtsyBeats is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.

Care Instructions

If the product is damaged or affected in any way on account of improper, reckless use, disregard of care instructions provided, we assume no liability for the damage or any shortcomings in the make or quality of the product.

Printing instructions

Please note that while printing, colors of the digital files may vary slightly depending on Computer and Printer specifications. 

What you see on the screen is what the file is, if it prints differently to that - it's generally a printer issue.

Please check the file carefully before committing to a printed canvas or similar - this is your responsibility.

Printing recommendations

We recommend light white card or good quality paper for printing.

There are so many variations with home printers and software, which means we can't provide tech support for printing issues - except to remind you to make sure your image is printed 1:1 / 100% with no scaling, no borders, no adjustments, and select the highest quality print mode.

Reselling

Please don't use it for commercial purpose or resell it digitally. For commercial usage contact the seller. 
Print as many times as you like for Personal use.
